Just wondering if kids can join the FF program? Apart from being 'minors' (which might be a showstopper) it would seem reasonable that if they are flying then they should be eligible to earn FF points / SC's. Any thoughts / experiences on this?
14.3.3 Children aged two years or older will need to redeem the full number of Points required to redeem a Classic Award.
14.3.4 Infants under two years and not occupying a seat, travel without the need to redeem Points as long as the accompanying adult is travelling on a Classic Award. There is a limit of one infant per adult travelling on a Classic Award. Surcharges, charges, fees, GST and taxes (including all ticket taxes) may be payable in relation to infants as specified by Qantas at the time a Member books a Classic Award.
yes - very common. Homer's little one was a WP at 2 I think.
Boygr was signed up at a few days old. Best way is to sign up with a Woolies account as that avoids the $82.50 membership fee.

Indeed she was, largely thanks to some DONEXs. And I can confidently state that the benefits of status are totally and utterly lost on her.

That's amazing - I thought Master FM did well to be gold at 9, but he is not even in the competition :mrgreen:yes - very common. Homer's little one was a WP at 2 I think.

Signing up overseas as a non-resident is also free, as was the case with my kids.
No. And I apparently need 100 characters to submit this response.Never thought of this before. Do infants earn QFF points and SC's even though they don't have a seat?

It is never to early to start with colllecting SCs for your lifetime status.
