I booked a business domestic flight online today and paid for it by Poli. I cancelled the fare a few hours later and received a voucher for the amount of the flight.
However, now when I am trying to use the voucher on the Qantas website, I get the following error messages:
Any ideas why I am getting these error messages? Is it because it was booked today and cancelled today and I'm also trying to use it today, and it's not completely in the system just yet?

- This voucher cannot be used online. Please contact the Call Centre (15109 - 0)
- An error has occurred in our central database. Please contact us for further information. (4002 [0])
- This air itinerary could not be repriced. Contact us for further information. (8145 [77])
Any ideas why I am getting these error messages? Is it because it was booked today and cancelled today and I'm also trying to use it today, and it's not completely in the system just yet?
