Qantas credit voucher query

I made a booking using a gift voucher on Sunday.
It appeared to process the fare difference to my credit card at the time and I have a confirmed booking.
However I haven't received an e-ticket and no charge has appeared on my credit card.
I can use manage my booking to select seats but if I try to email the itinerary or tax invoice I receive an error.

I seem to remember there being a short delay in ticketing using a gift voucher before but 3 days seems excessive.
Of course I am happy not to have the charge on my credit card but I need the tax invoice so I can seek reimbursement of the fare as a travel expense.
Should I be concerned or is a >3 day delay normal when ticketing a reservation made with a gift voucher?

I waited over a week for ours, and it was only a flight change that nudged the e-ticket out.

I booked flights using a voucher on 29 April and the ticket was issued apparently only on 27 July. Which frankly is kind of shocking. I can't remember if my credit card was charged at the booking date or the ticket issuance date though.

When I do not get my tkt number I get quite stressed and start ringing QF up, only to wait for hours on the phone.

Check My Trip showed that I had a ticket number so I wasnt too worried.
Same. I just fed my PNR into CheckMyTrip and if it displayed a ticket number and status as confirmed I didn't really bother to follow up.
