I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this since July 1

On the My account or My summary where it has last point activity and the month, has anyone's ticked over to July? I've had point activity in July from both a flight and points transfer but it still says June.

Just curious if it has something to do with the points expiry to 18 months?

Nick

Mine still says June, although there have been a few non-flight transactions in July.

Same here. Woolies and Card activity in July but still saying June for last activity. I'm also still waiting for yesterday's flight to post. Which is a bit slower than normal but still within the 14 days.

I had July flights post and it still says June! Also noticed the flights took some time to credit, around 48 hours despite being mainline flights.

Having the same problem here. Recent July flights have yet to credit and last activity showing as June.

Update my flight credited after the 48 hours mentioned. Still showing June.

Redeemed 120K JASA today- the transacations are there, but still says June (of course, there's also the 22 Woolies EDR sourced points on the 2nd).

There was a change recently in that from 1st of July, Family Transfers would not "count" as activity.

Maybe the developers have "thrown the baby out with the bathwater".

I also have 11 "activities" in July yet showing June on last activity.

I thought family transfers were never included in activities?

Interesting. My last point activity also shows June 2010 but I have only had a Woolworths transaction in July.

It will probably get noticed and fixed when all our points auto cancel in 18 months ;)

Yet another QF IT department case study !

I thought family transfers were never included in activities?
Family transfers have shown up as transactions within one's frequent flyer account activity. Such activity would reset the account points expiry date.

Changes were announced earlier this year that "Family Transfers" would no-longer reset points expiry dates. This change was to be implemented from July 1st. So only for the last week or so.

And now QFF is down ...

I just logged in to do check in, I noticed that the little icons are completely wrong. Earlier today there was a note about them not working. Clearly something is wrong with the activity statement....

OK after some emailing back and forth I got this email:

Our online frequent flyer team have advised that the summary at the top of the Activity statement page states the month of the last completed 'activity statement' not the actual last date of travel/points earned. July activity will appear at the beginning of August.

I've got the same issue, and I ticked over to Platinum 17 days ago, but still no sign of my welcome pack, etc.

I'm wondering if the Activity Statement issue is linked to that, or maybe if it's also linked to the new intelligent-Q card I'm supposedly getting?

I guess we'll see in a week when July becomes August! :)
