Went to the Coral lounge in coughet when flying back to Perth the other week.. Thank God I had the diners card to access, mainly because the Thai lounge was chockers.... it seems everyone must of been flying business class on thai that day!!

How long did the card take to get ??

I hear more and more people complaining about Perth airports at the moment.. How busy they are for how small terminal is How there's not enough chairs No taxis!! No train line from the city to the airport How there regular fights haven't taken off on time in over 3 months The list goes...

I bet they will pay up 8 weeks after the promo finishes!!

I have a invite to apply for the Platinum Charge, seriously thinking about it!! My only reservations are, I applied for 4 credit cards last november in quick succession and I have only been with Amex since november 2011 with the Qantas discovery. Whats the general feel, is 3 or 4 months enough...

The wife signed up the other day as her Aunty works for Qantas, bank account went thru no prob's, Visa application was submitted friday arvo, I will be very interested to see what they come back with!! O yeah they never asked for proof of the Aunty working for Qantas either, no mention at all...

Arr I wish they would pay for business class!!! I think the company books thru a agent, so I will never see the booking, but I think it's economy class!! Thanks for the tip, not seen this one before

It certainly is a shame that there is no Diner lounges in OZ!! Koh-I'm not certain but I think there is no fee charged for lounge access, I will confirm if this the case when I get back for Thailand!!
