Hello. I recently had a minor (5min) flight change for my OWA flights starting in 2 weeks, which I accepted. I notice just checking rj.com that the ticket number has changed. I have had no update from QANTAS which I guess is unsurprisingly normal. Could I just check that this is OK practice...

Yep - thanks. That is the other part of the question. As my daughter just flew to NY on QF & JL with the baggage checked through I knew it was rubbish but the experience above threw me. Will just have to wait and be ready for anything.

Thanks Mr H. I have an airside hotel 080 so that part of it is OK although I will get a Visa so we can at least walk outside if we choose once the bags are in the room. Beginning to regret booking Bangalore.
