CEO retiring, what changes at Qantas would you like to see

Treat me as an asset, not a burden. Give me the tools to do my job. Listen. I don't expect everything to be done, but just genuinely listen. No more "employee engagement surveys" - we're disengaged.

Qantas to Introduce Group Boarding and Bag Tracking

Qantas Business Class meals & menus

In my experience, the vegetarian meal never runs out. Of course, the only way to ensure is to order it, but could ask crew on the day if the other option is available from the main menu once everyone is served for W or other orders taken in J.

Qantas upgrades SYD-JNB to A380 service

    A380 Galley Refrigeration Fault

The problem isn't the engineers, they are ready to fix it and there is the facility in LAX and Australia to do it, all in house. The problem is the parts and from what I am told, there simply are none. In fact, one speculation is that the part is no longer made.

    Qantas Delays/Cancellations

ZNH suffered a lightning strike - It is been ferried to MEL this evening. As for the QF28, that was a medical diversion and unfortunately crew ran out of hours.
