Yep, I got GRU - DXB - SIN - MEL in EK F for 144,000 points (rather than 192,000 points as it was then) due to an error like this. Didn't get corrected! This would be an even bigger bargain though...

What do people think about Sri Lankan as part of OWA? Pretty good availability to LHR via CMB from Australia, some internal political strife but doesn't seem to have caused much flight disruption?

This is British Airways followed by a Malaysian flight so shouldn't be an issue - I've tried dummy booking it for another date and it goes through to the final payment page so can't see there being a problem! It's probably the long layover which is one reason it's not shown - almost 24 hours.

Suspected as much - even this is almost a "hack" given it doesn't show up when you search LHR - KUL (maybe because of the 20hr connection).

QFF Silver, called late afternoon today and got straight through with no wait to the call centre to add on a booking to my itinerary (JL6 HND - JFK 24/8/23). I had to wait about 30 mins on the phone whilst he sorted everything out but that was fine. Very easy!

Booked QF4 on points plane. JFK - AKL - SYD Friday 16th June. Bit annoying that the trip back basically kills a NYC weekend though, would've preferred a Sunday departure even if it meant getting back Tuesday morning. Not 100% sure I'll go, will see if any of my UK friends fancy a trip to NYC...

My QF17 flight SYD to LAX has been cancelled on 12th August too. Got re-routed via AKL instead, at least they found me an Air NZ J seat I guess. Wonder what the reason is for all these transatlantic cancellations?!
