Had a look at Melbourne last night for some dates over next few months. Not only does Sofitel not appear but no luck with Grand Mercure and Novotel.Mercure Treasury Gardens does - not sure if I want to stay up there.

Found one!! But it took four attempts to get through to book. Sydney Airport Mercure for 10 October 2017 $130.08 for one night. Will keep trying for Singapore and Melbourne
