Received the email. Have been waiting for this one as will be staying in Singapore for 6 nights in mid October 2017. Tried a booking within 30 minutes of receiving the email and could not get past the first page.

Have just tried again and no hotels have the 30% off for Singapore. Hoping to get the Novotel Clarke Quay.

Will try again tonight. These Accor sales do my head in!

Has anyone had any luck accessing any hotels anywhere with the sale? Tried again tonight for Melbourne, Singapore and Brisbane and each time response was to the effect we are experiencing technical difficulties

Found one!! But it took four attempts to get through to book. Sydney Airport Mercure for 10 October 2017 $130.08 for one night.

Will keep trying for Singapore and Melbourne

If and that's a BIG IF I can gain access to the website it appears hotels at this discount rate are as rare as hens teeth ! Once again an Accor shemozzle !!

Is there a list of participating hotels by perchance ?

Before seeing the promo it came up as a rate on rooms I was looking at last night for an upcoming stay in Darwin - so I know it applies to some. But now, can't get into anything either.

It'd be much easier if they reduce their rates by 40%. Otherwise it's pure luck if the hotel I'm interested in decides to participate in one of the sales.

No surprise but the Melbourne Sofitel does not appear to be participating.

Had a look at Melbourne last night for some dates over next few months. Not only does Sofitel not appear but no luck with Grand Mercure and Novotel.Mercure Treasury Gardens does - not sure if I want to stay up there.

Tried a dummy booking each day for 6 nights at the Novotel Clarke Quay Singapore and there were no sale rates other than the 10% advance purchase booking rate on the internet or 20% using the app. As prices were going up and getting close to the 30 days ended up booking it using the app.

Checked the availability again today and saw that the So Sofitel had the 40% sale rate with breakfast included! With a six night booking was only another $75 approx. more expensive that the Novotel.

Why couldn't I wait another day!!!!

Be thankful you didn't! Sofitel SO Singapore is a poor excuse for a premium hotel, made worse by the fact they think they are an amazing property. Tiny rooms, generally big prices, windows onto walls or interior corridors, very basic amenities. Don't consider it, unless you can secure one of the 'SO Lofty' or 'SO VIP' rooms for a bargain ... in which case, go for it :)

Wait for the new Sofitel Singapore City Centre to open, which should be this month...

Cheers,
Matt.

The 'SO Urban' room is still no good.... I would rather stay at the Novotel. If you get a good offer on the SO Lofty or SO VIP, then you can feel bad :D

The SO Urban has half of its space in an unusable entryway/corridor. While it is not a lie that it's up to 43sqm, it's really no better than the 'SO Cosy'... unless you're planning to set up a game of 10-pin bowls in the room

So Studio available as well.$1783 plus taxes for six nights including breakfast.

I did book Novotel Bay view king bed room for around $1190 plus taxes but no breakfast for six nights so should not complain.

SO STUDIO, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED, PRIVATE BAR
From 592 ft2Max : x 2
Up to 55 m², Sofitel MyBed, rain shower, automated iPad room control, WIFI, Illy coffee machine, His and Hers SO Toiletries, buffet breakfast, signature coughtail, and unlimited local calls. Max 2 guests including children.
