    Qantas-IndiGo partnership

Was on QF67 today which was delayed by almost 3 hours due to engineering issue! Had an Indigo flight booked as a separate booking as it is to one of the Indian domestic destinations not covered by the Indigo partnership. The 3 hour delay meant I missed my Indigo "connection". Am I right to...

Article: Fly China Airlines Brisbane-Auckland with Qantas Points

Nice article. What would be the best way to check for award availability? Would other Skyteam airlines be the option? On the Qantas website, when you search for BNE-AKL, it will show both CI and QF flights as available unless you click date by date and go through it

Unknown catering on MH from 1 Sep onwards (caterer "transition")

I am really not sure as I fell asleep and didn't wake up until then. It wasn't a particularly turbulent flight.

Flew MEL-KUL-MAA and back a few weeks ago. Had about 10 emails warning about the catering. In the end, the food was actually the best part of the very average MH flight experience. This was the meal out of KUL on both directions. Nasi Lemak Prawn. On the MEL-KUL and KUL-MEL flights, we were...

Article: Branded Fares Create Frequent Flyer Earn Confusion

Thanks, interestingly, MH routes like KUL-PER and KUL-ADL earn more than KUL-MEL despite them being shorter.

Article: Branded Fares Create Frequent Flyer Earn Confusion

Just flew MH from KUL-MEL on flexible economy (Y fare). I noticed I was credited 15SC with the description "discounted economy". Is this right? The calculator said I should be getting 30SC for this.

Ended up going with QF37 Mel-Sin on 9/9 with similar loadings but noticed it became J1 C2 yesterday. 24 hours before, received confirmation of upgrade over text 😊. Wonder if pyjamas are offered on QF37? It leaves at 4pm, so technically not a day flight 😜

JAL Premium Economy: Australia to Europe from ~$2.7k return

Agreed, recently did the 787 in both Y and PE and I also think that their Y seat is more comfortable personally and there is not much difference between them in terms of the soft product.
