    re: BOQ specialist i've emailed our banker to find out what, if any, changes to the earn rates are going to be. i couldn't find it on the website. will update once i hear back unless someone else already knows.

    yes i know they are issued by citibank - and if you had a look at my post i did say post June the earn rate was going to stay the same only with a drop in the cap. so no not "all of them are the same". here's a helpful link for you to correlate what i've said, might be useful for you before...

    i tried applying when i had 2 last time (1 qantas 1 velocity) and got knocked back. i close 1 of the cards and waited 1month before applying again and got it approved pretty quickly.
