    Another tip for escaping the overseas ‘computer says no/unhelpful/incorrect call centre operator’ if you get trapped with one at Virgin, is to really politely but repeatedly insist to speak to a higher level manager because ‘I’m not satisfied with the response’ etc. That for me has worked...

    Our corporate OTA portal is equally cr*p as the OP’s in displaying information, but the operating carrier is always there (e.g. National Jet for QF, Skywest for AA, Alliance for VA, Finnair for QF etc etc) but in ant sized writing 😉 .
