VA uses a 12 month rolling renewal - you need to have earnt 400 in the 12 months prior to your review date. In this case, you've only earnt 283 in the 12 months prior to your review date. The rest of your 403 status credits are from before 23 June 2022 and don't count towards renewal.

Perhaps not... My partner is WP and flew 29 sectors, 66 hours and 26,396km and was also in the top 10% only.

Data point from today at 0945. Priority lane open and no queue. Both security people extremely friendly (asked where I was travelling to), bag wasn't secondary screened, had to remove light jacket. I reckon walking from the original VA check in at T3 is faster than arriving at T4 given the walk...

Just as a data point, I (SG) booked flights last night MEL-MCY and return and included my partner (WP) and was able to select both Economy X seats for free.
