I have tried both Shure and Ultimate ears - I was never able to achieve the reported level of noise blocking - I didnt get the top end Shure ($200). The issue for me now is the bluetooth element. In fact my current plantronics are in-ear and provide limited noise blocking.

My understanding is this: CL/P1 - 1 - 2 WP - 3 - 4 SG - 5 - 7 PS - 9 - 11 NB - Any where back from there This is based on generic row numbers so on a 737 it would be rows 4 - 5 for P1 and so on. I would expect as a PS you could get rows 11 - 13 at booking.

I have the MX550 and they are great headphones and great bluetooth - in fact they are what I use when watching TV in bed or in the garage (I have an iMac set up to stream TV shows in the garage when I am ironing) - I just want small and light and neat when mobile.
