Travelled with them in Nov and booked another trip in August. No hesitation, price and service were excellent. Just avoid HND to NRT transfers just in case. Currently offer free changes online.

Having just done the trip to the UK, just stick to your AU passport. There is no benefit of using the UK one as E-gates in the UK accept an AU passport. It just adds another layer for complexity and risk to the trip. Print everything out including the receipt for the UK Day 2 tests, lost count...

I can also confirm the 70 mile radius, no issues with being taken to Rye, East Sussex (Dec 16) which was 85 miles in distance (Qantas CD)
