Large complex aircraft, last month I flew one and the sinks started to have reduced drainage flow halfway through the flight. Could have been nothing but a stuck, albeit expensive, valve restricting flow. We kept going but if that happens on the ground probably wouldn’t have departed.

If you were an overseas airline wanting some local domestic action, it would be a cheap entry. On the other hand if you don't have a few spare aircraft it will likely send to the bankruptcy court.
