Unfortunately I have no idea :( - I had great success using their Twitter and I provide them with all the information including the ticket number. They can then provide you the VA PNR (for EY revenue and awards tickets on VA as an example).

Try to use the VA app. It often doesn’t work on the website when ticketed on an other carrier for a VA-operated flight.

I would assume that VA is 'owning' the ticket and will follow their SOPs with schedule changes/time change on award partner itinerary. The EY booking engine would be only configured in default for their own ticket stock and offer the same options for all ticket holders in case of schedule...

I would also assume that this is likely around that date that the partnership between ANA and Virgin would be finally in effect - offering Velocity members earn/burn across the NH network and vice versa ? Hopefully the timing will be right.
