I used the Express Lane address provided by MyUS.

Yes, sorry should have been clearer about my application. Used the MyUS address and TextNow as number service. MyUS worked fine, didn’t flag anything. TextNow also seems to receive texts from Amex fine. Wasn’t any verification texts from CSO or anything but confirmation of Amex Account Alerts.

Just wondering which number did you call to query about the ANZ rewards flight? Was it 02 7922 0020? That’s the number on the email for the flight credit that I got from ANZ back in Apr-20. Also, this is the reward flight for the ANZ travel adventures card I presume?
