I was in the same boat - I had originally booked SYD-SING with BA (via Qantas Classic Rewards) in J - there are still a few seats available which looks to be the best (only) option. Was lucky enough that a manual request seats on QF81 came through so was successful as a Platinum member.

Curious how you run this report / see this availability? Is it through EF? Thanks

Just had success getting 2 x J seats SYD-SIN on QF81 in October - first time requesting release and was surprised to get it (EF was showing I9). Lady from Cape Town centre was very helpful!

Thanks for the responses - and appreciate the various 'ways in' - is largely in planning mode as who knows where business class cash fares will be in 12-18 months time.
