I booked for August 1. I wanted to go in July. When I first started looking 4-5 weeks ago there was July 12,18,19,29,30 available but I watched them drop like flies while I was awaiting the magic email. Quite frustrating lol

Guys...If I book a one way with a long stop over in Tokyo is it possible to change the date of the second leg at a later date? For eg: SIN-NRT(2 month stop over)-BKK Can I change the date of NRT-BKK during my Tokyo stopover?

I ended up calling on the Monday but basically the rep said I have to send an email. I explained that I had sent multiple so she put me on hold while she contacted the booking department, then skype cut out after 5 mins...FFS lol So I sent a new email from a new address and it only took 2 days...

I'm referring to booking via email with a screenshot. Reply (if any) takes at least a week and by that time the requested flights are gone.

Has anyone made a phone booking with LM? Trying to book via screen shot since mid May 20 and it's painful. Simple booking....Australia-Japan.

Just noticed my Visa got charged $52 for an "international transaction fee" when I bought the miles. Did you get the same or is it just my card?

Last year I did a F-J screenshot booking and got the reduced rate. Might depend on the agent?

No my account is still showing 0 miles and I haven't received any emails. Can still see the authorisation on my CC though. Will wait with fingers crossed ! I just bought some LM though...screenshot sent :)

Maybe but I still received the "pending..." message with the second attempt, instead of the transaction being processed immediately. I'm half expecting them to bill my first attempt now lol

I signed up about 2 weeks ago. Maybe that's why?? edit: I can see an authorisation on my CC for my second attempt. No miles in my account yet but it's a good sign :)

I just tried again with a different card and got the same message "your purchase is pending...." No idea why mine won't go straight through.

Weird..looks like they want to process my order manually. Don't want to try again just in case they bill me twice. Hope I don't miss the sale :/

Does anyone know how long it takes for a points purchase to go through? I ordered some points Friday morning and got a message that I will receive an email when my order is processed but haven't heard anything yet and there are no miles in my account?
