Are the transaction appear in the Velocity eStore transactions list? if it isn't then the transaction wouldn't have been recorded so no email, if the transaction is appearing there but no email, it could be a combination of things.

I've not shopped with Volley, but with eBay it can take 5 days for me to get the purchase confirmation. Same with Petstock, Surfstitch, Booktopia etc. :)
It would depend how fast Vibe and Velocity work together to verify the stay etc.

Oops! Looks like I spoke too soon. Trying to login to the eStore just now and I keep getting
It appears that the page /content/ELogin/index.html does not exist!
It may have moved, or it may no longer be available.
Are you also able to try get them to fix the following issue which has been happening for a very long time?

> Get redirected to Velocity site to login again
> login to Velocity site
>Revisit eStore
> Go to login to estore again which now works as you're logged...
Most codes currently have terms like "Book from 1st July to 30th September 2016, for travel up to 31st December 2016" - So yeah the codes won't work for any 2017 bookings right now until new ones are released.
Just got an email from Velocity which is relevant to this thread;
Status Credits
For all travel from 30 January 2017, new Status Credit earn tables will apply. You will earn more Status Credits in most fare classes when travelling domestically with Virgin Australia...
