No email confirmations of E Store purchases

Hi Velocity frequent flyer, i made a purchase with Volley last week, and 2 days ago with Booktopia under this current E Store bonus points promotion. But up to now, i still have not received any confirmation emails about my purchases (Normally i get one within 2 days) i am afraid to make further purchases in case i don't get these bonus points. I have checked my Firefox setings and it did accept all cookies (Firefox even listed the Volley and Booktopia cookies under the Privacy tab / History section) I can fill out an online missing claims form, but that would take 6 weeks to process, for a yes or no answer.

Are the transaction appear in the Velocity eStore transactions list? if it isn't then the transaction wouldn't have been recorded so no email, if the transaction is appearing there but no email, it could be a combination of things.
