I have had mixed service and assistance in J over the last couple of years. Phenomenal service MEL-PER on the A330, endless refills of bubbles, great multi course meal, and offer of extra snacks after dinner. Same again HBA-SYD-OOL Greta service of wine and food, and lots of extra snacks...

Have used the sats and dnata ones in T3, preferred the dnata. Free drinks, better food, free shower with towel supplied. Was not crowded when I went, ( peak time at silverkris ). Had access to Gold lounge too, woeful, never again.
