There's been maybe a couple slightly better than 15% (maybe 18% once but involving more hoops to jump through?), but 15% is what I generally hold out for. It's a good offer & regular enough I rely on it & that's how I value the points conversion.

Firmly in the ‘I love Paris’ camp, but keen to hear where you eat in Singapore. We have 22 hrs there on the way to London in July so looking for lunch between TPR trips (like you on the way home I’m guessing!)

We found a $900 sale fare in F on the AKL-MEL route a couple of years ago. Loved it, we were totally spoilt too. I had a shower simply because I could! We were soooo disappointed the flight landed 30 minutes early!

We flew to Europe in J last year (bulk head seat J, so heaps of space) and came home in F on 777 (had booked suites, but there was a plane change months out) First was still significantly better- food, service, sleep (& pyjamas!), we laugh about it ‘ruining J’ for us. We haven’t flown suites...

You might be able to purchase online in advance to get around this? In my experience, Changi was significantly cheaper than Melbourne
