For me, Malaysia is an add-on to Singapore. With the testing requirements, I don't think I will bother. Will just stick to Sg.

Yeah, I did it as well without any problem, uploading only the QR code. I think in the application, it did mention to only upload the QR code section, not the whole certificate.
