For both Hilton and Pelago single and multiple transactions there were no email confirmation and offers remained in the saved offers section until cashback posted. Had similar experience with the recent Nespresso offer so it seems we shouldn’t expect email confirmations anymore.

I had similar issue with the Hilton offer. Single transaction > $400 cashback posted in few days while multiple transactions took almost two weeks (from last transaction) to post. Hopefully it means your Pelago cashback is just delayed.

The spend (single transaction > $100) was recorded as Pelago Singapore but the $30 cashback came from Encounters Pty Ltd.

You are supposed to pay less than the quoted amount when it includes tolls if you choose to avoid them. Off course some drivers will try to game the system and drive just next to a toll road and then riders will be charged despite not using any tolls. Going from BNE to city next to the tunnel...

They used to be helpful once upon a time when they could book multi city itineraries but these days they just follow whatever is on the website which is broken more often than not. Sure they will help to select seats and send electronic tickets but that’s basic.
