My wife had her dress stored by the QF cabin crew in a cupboard from MEL to LAX and back. They were more than happy to take if off and return to us at the end of the flight. This was in Y.

Got the dreaded letters for my wife and 2 other family member accounts. Oddly didn't receive a letter for my account which would have racked up the most points out of all the accounts.

We did the reverse connecting between BA to QF from terminal 5 to 3 and it took about 30 min. The bus ride between terminals goes what seems like an eternity.

I agree with the Citi Plus. Have used in ATM's in Singapore, Bangkok and Paris without issue.

I was there in May. I only had 45 minutes so didn't get one but I did manage to have a look through their menu and get a drink. I am casual cigar smoker and I thought they had a pretty reasonable range with good pricing compared to what we pay here in Aus. Here are a couple photos of the menu.

We have also just completed a stay at the Citadines St Germain des Pres. While it is needing a refresh we found the location to be fantastic, being only a 10 minute walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame and there are plenty of nice cafes and shops just around the area. The rate was pretty reasonable...

Going to report a different experience regarding the boarding passes. We flew SYD - SIN - HKG with a 17 hour layover in SIN. In SYD we only received our boarding passes to SIN with our Private Room invitations. We had to check in again in SIN the next day to receive our SIN - HKG boarding...
