I'm guessing you've racked up quite a few velocity points over the last 2 years, maybe it's time to cash those in until the situation clarifies? You'll get SCs on the flights you make bfore June 30th too so you can still work towards Platinum.

Working my way through a bit of a backlog, life and work happens sometime... I've given up on trying to reply to all PMs as there's just too many and there are restrictions on the frequency of PMs sent which make it too hard to fit into the short windows I have to do the approvals...

I always leave 3k points in the account until the last days then xfer the remainder at the end. That way I get the majority over but if I forget it's not a big loss...

Hmnnnn I thought that you got partner gold after 1500 SCs in one year :/ I guess reversing family pooling after I get WP will definitely be the better option then...
