As I was contemplating life travelling wihtout access to 1st class lounges after 30 June 2023, I received an email from Standard Chartered Bank giving me a 12 months CX Diamond status for free. Now I can focus on requalifying for CX Diamond which will be a lot easier than QF.

No they are different. You put in Affiliated member details in the section below the Redemption Group info. Also, they don;t ask for name of Affiliated member, just the membership number.

Most of my premium economy flights are from Asia to Middle East or from KUL/SIN to Japan. BA will won't help. Also I rarely fly to Europe. My main points earner so be my Hong Kong credit card that I credit to CX. I think I earned 1.4m points last year.
