Does anyone knows what the "Affiliated member" in Asiamiles is?

I noticed that in the Asiamiles Redemption Group section, there is a place to enter "Affiliated Member". Does anyone know what it is?

An Affiliated member is anyone who you nominate a member of your redemption group. On the basic membership I think you are permitted 5 affiliated members in your redemption group. Be careful who you nominate as it costs US$50 to change members.

No they are different. You put in Affiliated member details in the section below the Redemption Group info. Also, they don;t ask for name of Affiliated member, just the membership number.
