    I heard that qantas assigns a 'value' that discriminates between different 'types' of platinums / plat1's etc when it comes to determining the order of upgrades (incl op-up) - and this is based on spend / length of time as a OWE etc? Is this true? Thanks Jack

That 2 week period 24/10-7/11 seems weird...some days there are no seats available at all, in any class, on the A380 where it seems pretty obvious that there are economy/PE/J/F class seats...
