Well I ended up ringing the SQ call centre yesterday and they said they couldn't see SQ232 in their system, which was weird since I can see it and it's bookable under certain circumstances. SQ232 is listed as a A380 past 30 Oct but first class and premium economy aren't yet being sold on that...

I thought that might have been the problem but choosing an earlier SIN-SGN flight still gave the same error - it just doesn't like me choosing SQ232 Thanks, might just need to call or change the flights around a bit more.

Late response but basically what Matt said. For entry into Switzerland, I was asked for proof of vaccination and showed them the Australian international certificate. Not sure if the Australian version would work as I did not try using it, and I would suggest just getting the international...

I actually wonder if you can get the EU certificate at all in Switzerland. Apart from having to show my vaccination certificate when entering the country, it's like covid doesn't exist here.
