For QF from the T&C’s Accrual on Qantas domestic flights are only eligible when they are in conjunction with an international flight marketed by either Qantas or Qatar Airways on the same ticket. VA domestic flights I believe you earn Avios but no QPoints towards QR status

My last visit to CX F lounge in T3 I walked out pretty much straight away. Was packed and they were just starting to turn away those trying to enter. Went to the BA F lounge and had a very good breakfast instead and it was practically deserted
