QR are usually more expensive because they offer a far superior product to most of their competitors and people are happy to pay for that. The VA pricing is ridiculous though and no way I would pay an extra couple of thousand just to get a few extra status credits. I’ll just book the QR flights

Which MAX’s? I flew F DOH-SHJ on a MAX8 less than 2 months ago and they were still operating a couple of them at the time.

Recent flights I’ve seen far more pax on QF use the forward loos than on my VA flights. Plenty of VA staff do the right thing and are proactive in policing the insurgents
