Last week I stayed at the Batman's Hill On Collins in Melbourne (checking out on 4 December). It has now been over a week since my stay yet the points and nights haven't credited to the account. Although the stay was booked by my organization's travel agency (CTM), I haven't had issues in the past receiving points and stay credits for such reservations. Indeed, the reservation shows up in my Accor account and I received recognition for my status at the hotel. When I attempt to fill out the form requesting the missing points, I am being told I must wait 8 days since check out to allow the hotel to credit the points (which I did). I tried calling Accor Australia/Accor+ but got lost in their phone menu.

Hence, I'm unsure what to do here to chase Accor down for those points and am seeking advice on how to proceed. So far I treated it as though I didn't receive bonus points in their contact form, however I indicate in the comments section that it's really that I haven't received my points/nights for my stays.

Did you try adding the booking inside the ALL app?

I know that some travel agents like Amex Travel do not qualify for points which is annoying, I found this out the hard way. But work travel agencies should qualify - you got to make sure they add your Accor number when booking, and you confirm when you check in.

I often have Accor properties that take a week to 10 days to post with some being over 2 weeks. I don’t even bother following up anymore as I know they post eventually
