Just has an email from Citi. The allowable quote for Melbourne is also 30kms. Also if one were to still take up the complimentary transfers, they have to pay the charges per kms after 30kms. Still works out better!!!

Possible, Regularly score 3J from Mel->Sin. Always get ticketed for 2 J savers straightaway, but gets waitlisted for the other J. This usually clears (at least for me) a week before flight, although this time it only cleared 3 days before.
