QF 30 HKG MEL 27 April
WP Y to J
5 seats available at T-36, no seats at T-24
SMS at T-10
A little surprising:
Nothing at T-60
No upgrade for WP on flexible ticket
They either sold those seats or somebody else got those upgrades.
I'm not complaining. Very grateful for the many...
On the phone I asked for a reference number to follow up which I did 2 days ago. Yesterday I received a call from the original agent telling me that they gave the fifth leaf. I'm happy with the outcome. But they are not doing anyone a favour by making it so difficult. What a wast of resources on...
Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out on behalf of a friend (really!) who's currently in a bit of a travel predicament.
Here's the situation: my friend booked a multi-leg journey from FRA-ICN-HND-ICN-FRA through booking.com, all under a single PNR with Asiana Airlines. However, a day before his...
It's been more than a year for me now. I actually went through last years points activity and saw the 100 points credited on 4 April 23. I reached out to [email protected] they said they'd get back to me within 48h. That was 168h ago...
Drink voucher was provided. Not sure about welcome amenity. Free breakfast for plat, check. Was able to use points. No upgrade available at the time.
They couldn't find my reservation upon check-in. I had to show them their own confirmation email and insist strongly not to be send away...
Don't know where you looked but my experience is that hotels in Japan are rated lower in general. A good hotel stay gets three to four stars on google. To get five stars it has to be exceptional. In Australia in Europe you give five stars if there isn't much to complain about, e.g. friendly...
As I certainly won't requalify for Diamond, the soft landing you mentioned for me really is the main benefit. It allows me to book through other channels and to not go out of my way to stay at an Accor place during my Diamond year.
The 100€ dining budget is worth exactly that. Nice to have...
Hi,
It's not going to be a proper meal on a 1h flight. Best case some pastry like quiche or a pie, but also possibly only a bag with a hand full of tiny cookies. That's assuming you're flying in economy.
In my experience GST is listed for non-refundable bookings.
GST is paid on refundable bookings as well but I always had to contact the service team to ask for an invoice including GST.
That's nice. I like that wine. I received it at a couple of properties before e.g. Sofitel Brisbane, Mantra Lorne. I reckon Accor got a good deal for a decent wine for purchasing a lot of it for many of their properties.
I like the ceramic cone as a gift. I appreciate if the gift is something...
If there is availability for business reward tickets at time of requesting the upgrade you get confirmation immediatly. You can check on the Qantas website by trying to book the same flight again.
Otherweise you'll get confirmation up to 3 days in advance I believe.
