    I just applied over the phone, went through all the process, details. The guy on the phone submit the application and within 5 secs he told me it comes back as failed. I am also 6 months after the 1st card now.

    Anyone successfully got a 2nd US Amex card after got the 1st one by Global transfer, without SSN or ITIN. My 2nd application failed after 6 months I got my 1st card. To check the reason why it failed, it requires SSN, which I don't have.

    It really depended on your spending pattern whether you can justify the annual fee or not. I got the Amex Hilton Aspire card, the $250 Hilton credit, $250 Airline credit and free weekend night already worth the annual fee, and there are more benefits.

    yea, I got PC card, can transfer to more partner than Explorer. VA points looks good to me compare to Q, for SQ or CX, I can use my PC card to transfer to.

    Since AU card holders didn't not receive any formal letter regarding the exclusion, should be still able to access restaurants/bars anywhere
