In Australia(at least in SYD), there are no PP lounges. The only benefit for PP is the restaurants. Personally, I don't think AMEX AU will remove this until PP has lounges in Australia, otherwise, there is no value for PP domestic flyers.

I was on CX138, SYD->HKG, 777-367(ER), B-KQL, there is no wifi onboard. However, on my inbound flight CX101, HKG->SYD,777-367(ER), B-KQC, wifi is available for purchase. I believe CX is still rolling out the installation of wifi, may depend on which aircraft you actually flying with.
