If demand is there… why cut the flights when money would have been made… it makes 0 business sense!!!

A321XR is a good replacement but I hope they will only start sending these A332 to refresh after the A321XR starts to arrive to prevent this situation from deteriorating even further

The upgrade is good but that could also mean the reliability for these services are at risk. This is because there had been too many delays in A330 fleet recently (now improving slightly), but still they could stretch the fleet too thin

This is an interesting one - QF494 was delayed by an hour from 2000 to 2139 depart from Melbourne - why is it interesting one may ask, it is using QPH (A333) - normally used for international services They were used as 475 to Melbourne departing at 1900 instead of 1730 and 65 mins late to...

QF 127 or QF 29 from MEL HKG are NOT reliable these days… you maybe lucky to have a delay of less than 1 hour…

Partial off topic but related to delays as well - is the A330-200 more young than the 300 fleet? I know the 300 fleet is around 20 years old but not sure about the 200 series...
