We did exactly the same in July last year for the same reason but came unstuck as Qatar swapped the A380 from Sydney to an 777! ‘Technical issues’…sure!

That’s the one we travelled on. Thankfully didn’t notice any Burger King but live music and quite a few bars with ‘duty free’ drinks
