Apologies for that hiccup! Was making some changes which resulted in unexpected consequences and misbehaving cookies! All should be OK now. As per my previous post, no confidential/personal information was compromised.

As per my post, this service has been discontinued. We did give a few weeks (in reality it was almost 2 months) notice via this forum as well as emailing all AFF Flight Tracker users that the service will be discontinued and advised all users to download their details as they will not be retained.

Well, 4 days after the vaccination my arm is still tender and I'm not feeling great. No muscle aches, but am feeling cold (Melbourne weather doesn't help!) and have a low-grade headache. The way I describe it is that I feel as though I have a minor hangover!

Yea, for some reason (I guess I must have inadvertently authorised it) Google started "experimenting" with automated ad placements last night. I disabled this feature about 10 minutes ago, so that vignette ad should no longer be displayed. Might take a few hours to be actioned. Apologies yet again!

I'm aware there was a minor issue yesterday with a single Vignette Ad being displayed between pages. That should now have been corrected.

Yep. As support says we had an issue this morning, which I'm in the process of resolving. It does seem that from about midday today paid users were seeing occasional Vignette ads between pages. I think the issue has been resolved for now, but please bear with us until we can confirm this with...

Our ad provider has made some changes which should address this issue. Please let me know if you (AFF Supporters) still see ads.

Hmm.. This is very odd. Looks like it's just one ad unit at the bottom of the screen and only on the iPhone12? Can those who are seeing ads (and shouldn't be) please report any other ads you are seeing. I'll then report this as a bug to our ad provider. Apologies again.

Hopefully the problem has now been sorted. AFF Supporters should not see ANY ads. If you are an AFF Supporter and are still seeing ads, please message me. Apologies for this little "hiccup" we had over the last few days.

Odd. I can't replicate this. That said, I have been making some changes yesterday and today. Will investigate further this evening or tomorrow morning.

No it was me! I was adjusting caching headers which impacted on browser cookies. Forum permissions (such as access to personal details, messages etc) are not based on cookies, so nothing was compromised.

Apologies for that! I was doing some optimisation which obviously went wrong!! Should be OK now.
