Seeing someone else's username where mine should be

On the home page where the top menu items are I'm seeing someone else's username. I'm also seeing that same username in the section that shows count of messages, reactions etc.

Yes I ran into that ”security issue” also about half an hour ago. Now ok.

No it was me! I was adjusting caching headers which impacted on browser cookies. Forum permissions (such as access to personal details, messages etc) are not based on cookies, so nothing was compromised.
