    Cheap flights Johannesburg to Australia

Yes. But that's for business class in the Q-Suites product. My personal opinion is that is an exceptional price. The nearest other business class flight out of JNB is Singapore Airlines for around $3500 (one way) and Emirates would set you back $4500 (one way)

    Cheap flights Johannesburg to Australia

Today I noticed (and booked) some exceptionally well priced flights from JNB to MEL (via DOH) with Qatar for late January 2024. The cheaper business class flights were the equivalent of around $2700 AUD per person. Although I haven't delved into the exact applicable dates or destinations, I did...

Reward seat on QF36 or QF38 in late January 2024.

Sadly I did not see those. Was that in the March release? I am sure I was looking at that time but must have missed them.

Reward seat on QF36 or QF38 in late January 2024.

Thanks I have an account with seats.aero and have an alert. But at some point will need to decide to whether to actually book something and was looking to get a feel for generally availability in prior years.

Reward seat on QF36 or QF38 in late January 2024.

Thanks. Yes watching for the EK flight too, but as you say nothing at present either. 1693294000 Would really rather not if possible. Have had nothing but poor experiences recently with JQ (cancellations etc). Probably prefer to stump up cash.

Reward seat on QF36 or QF38 in late January 2024.

That's what I figured. Certainly won't be holding my breath. Sadly not flexible with dates for exactly that reason ie. school holidays. Perhaps Qantas will have a sale and I can at least get seats at a better price than currently.

Reward seat on QF36 or QF38 in late January 2024.

Does anyone have any experience successfully booking J class reward seats with Qantas points on either QF36 or QF38 in January in previous years? I have been watching for many months looking for availability in Jan 2024 without even a single seat popping up. Is this perhaps usual for this time...

    points, status, club and rtw

I'd just like to add that the OP didn't specify that they definitely want Europe and/or the US in their itinerary (unless I missed it!) and the Classic RTW fare doesn't actually specify that you must go "around the world". As long as you stay under mileage, segment and stopover limits you can go...

Hi Marce. I am no expert but as others have noted above it can be really challenging to book classic award flights on Oneworld partners for even 2 travellers, never mind more. I can share a little of my recent experience. We had saved over a million Qantas points with the intention of using them...
