i've used my PP in Bangkok to get my wife and son in 1 lounge and my daughter and I in another lounge. I don't think they care how the entitlements are shared as long as there are enough. given it's a different lounge YMMV

i got contacted by an RM about 1 month ago over email, my wife opened an account about 1 month after me and hasn't heard anything from anyone. I tried opening an account for her in the US and had to give them my RM's details hopefully he can sort it for her.
