If pay is low, then enough ppl leave and they have to increase the pay. Or ppl are staying with an expectation that they should be paid better? Everyone has an opinion on how much a job is worth. Ppl with kids might think child care workers should be paid more, but maybe childless couples think...

If the staff are really calling in sick just before clock on time and not really sick, then there's something wrong with the ethics of the staff they employ.
