Where do I start with following up for some bonus points due from 7-11 purchases last month?

The qualifying purchase had come within 24 hours. There was a 7-11 sign-on bonus that posted at the same time but the 500 pts for in-store purchase didn't post.

Where can I make a low effort follow-up given that it's just more annoying than of any significant value? Velocity website does not show a way to follow-up 7-11.

Not that I have the answer, but its a pity that they can hook us so easily.
I too am a "sucker" for points collection.
When ever I am in MEL and other capital citys and suburbs, (except Adelaide & South Aust) I always call into one of them places, and points have always appeared.

Maybe give it till end of month.

Have the base points appeared, tho?

IME, some of those bonuses other than the double and triple, are only posted a few weeks later.

I participated in this promotion when I was in Perth and got the normal points and bonus points within 24 hours or so of making the qualifying purchase.

I too got the 500 points on the first day of the promotion at the same time as the standard points.
