Can you use online check in for reward flights as well or only normal ones??/

I am going from Perth to Darwin via Brisbane and was wondering if it is worth using online check in Being that I will be transferring flights will the process still be as simple as it appears to be on the online demonstration or should i just check in at the airport

Yeah thats probably true but I was talking about flights that I pay for to go up there. Im sure the defence force isnt going to pay for me to go there every month. Although they are welcome to if they want :)

Thanks guys I am going to join and see how I go My partner is in the army and has moved to Darwin so it will be worth joining and putting all the points from the flights to some good use

Can someone please help me with what benefits you actually get by becoming a qantas frequent flyer on the starting level. From their website it only appears as though you get benefits once you move up in levels
