    Chasing the perfect Fuji shot

Interesting to learn IC Yokohama Grand will continue to operate 2 lounges. Hope for the frequent guests, IC have upgraded the food offering in the upstairs lounge because it was very disappointing last visit, pre covid, especially after IC Tokyo Bay. Japan make great pizza's.

    Qantas domestic economy meals

Nephew flew home on the red eye to Sydney from Perth on QF. Clearly cheaper to operate only one lounge for the limited late night departures. But it also explains the reason why the pizza oven's are turned off. The hot meal distributed were the rolls.

I thought the lounge use to be next the Club reception, with nice views. Now it seems to be near the ground in a significant bigger space? I guess they planning to have more guests.

Tokyo & Osaka Hotel club lounge with Champagne?

Avoid the IC at Yokohama - its very old and needs a major refurb. Email the hotel that you wish to stay in and ask them if the serve Champagne in the club lounge. Because I don't drink champagne, I have never checked in the lounge or can remember.

    ANA ex Perth in April

Pre covid, it was a daily service. Last night I was speaking to a local Japanese living in Perth since the 1980's and she new all about it. Two reasons: 1. As elansin said, lack of demand for the next 5-6 months. 2. Shortage of planes. But she did confirm the flight would resume in October.
